Julien’s Enzo cookware is made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata — one of Japan’s historic centers of metalworking, with craft traditions dating back to the 1600s.

For generations, the region has been known for making tools that are precise, functional, and built to be used. Our manufacturing partners bring together local factory expertise, high-quality materials, and practical Japanese design to create cookware that performs beautifully without shouting about it.
