Enzo 10" Nonstick Carbon Steel Frying Pan
The everyday pan.
The Enzo 10" frying pan is the most versatile size in the Enzo lineup - made in Japan from nitrided carbon steel with a 2.0 mm body for even heat distribution, heat retention, and high-heat cooking.
Roomy enough for real dinner, nimble enough for breakfast, and likely to become the pan that never quite makes it back into the cabinet.
At 2.4 lb (1,100 g), it is lighter than the average 10" stainless steel pan - many of which weigh close to 3 lb - without giving up heat retention.

SHIPPING, WARRANTY & RETURNS
60-Day Returns
Not what you expected? Return it within 60 days of delivery — used or unused. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is deducted from your refund. For damaged or defective items, we cover it entirely. Start a return at hello@juliencookware.com.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original and place a new order for the size or product you'd like instead.
Lifetime Warranty
If your pan fails because of how it was made, we'll replace it. For life. The warranty covers structural and handle failure under normal use, and manufacturing defects in the nitrided surface.
It does not cover rust from improper care, warping from thermal shock, dishwasher use, or damage from dropping.
To make a claim, email hello@juliencookware.com with photos. We'll review within 3–5 business days and ship a replacement at no charge if approved.
The warranty follows the pan, not the receipt — gifts and hand-me-downs included.

COATING-FREE BY DESIGN
No PTFE, PFOA or PFAS, because there is no coating at all. Just hardened Japanese steel, and a surface that gets better every time you cook.
Good to know
No. No PTFE, PFOA or PFAS, because there is no coating at all. The surface is nitrided, a heat treatment that hardens the steel itself. Nothing is applied on top.
Any thin pan can, ours included, if it is blasted from cold on high heat or shocked with cold water while hot. Ours tends to move evenly and settle back toward flat rather than lock a wobble in. Preheat on medium and let it cool before washing, and you will likely never notice it.
The pan is, but the beech handle is not. We chose wood because it stays cool and comfortable on the stove, so these are made for the stovetop.
It is rust-resistant, not rustproof. Hand wash, dry, and wipe with a little oil, and it stays happy for years.
No. Nitriding gives it a naturally non-stick start from the first cook, and it only improves as your own seasoning develops.
