All orders ship from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Canada

Standard shipping: CA$12, free on orders of CA$75 or more
Express shipping: CA$20
Typical delivery: 2 to 7 business days depending on region

United States

Standard shipping: from CA$7.90, calculated by order weight at checkout
Free standard shipping on orders of CA$100 or more (shown in USD at checkout)
Express shipping available at checkout for eligible orders
Typical delivery: 5 to 10 business days

Other countries

We ship to select international destinations. Carrier-calculated rates are shown at checkout when available for your address.

Duties and taxes

Orders within Canada include applicable taxes at checkout. For orders shipped outside Canada, any import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the customer unless collected at checkout.

Delays, damage and lost parcels

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at hello@juliencookware.com with your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
