Enzo 11" Nonstick Carbon Steel Frying Pan

Sale price$179.00

More surface. Better browning.

The Enzo 28 cm frying pan is made for cooks who want more room: steaks, pancakes, fish, vegetables, and batch cooking.

Made in Japan from nitrided carbon steel, it combines heat retention, high-heat performance, and a wide cooking surface designed for serious searing.

At 2.5 lb (1,133 g), it is lighter than the average 12" stainless steel pan - which often weighs 3 lb or more - so all that extra cooking surface stays easy to handle.

  • Made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan
  • Nitrided carbon steel - no synthetic coating, no PFOA
  • 2.0 mm thick body with wide base for maximum browning area
  • 70-degree side angle formed by deep drawing process
  • Strong heat retention for high-temperature searing
  • Pre-seasoned surface
  • Signature beech wood and stainless steel flat bar handle
  • Works on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops
  • Lightweight at 2.5 lb - lighter than the average 12" stainless steel pan (often 3 lb or more)
