Expanded Description

The Enzo 12.5" wok handles the big operations: stir-fries, fried rice, noodles, large batches of vegetables, and the kind of high-heat cooking where a wok is the right tool and anything else would be a compromise. Lightweight nitrided carbon steel, hammered for structural strength, and made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan. It rewards movement: the rounded shape moves food efficiently from base to sides during high-heat tossing, and the beech wood handle stays comfortable while things get hot.

The 9" deep frying pan handles the small operations. When someone wants a handful of spring rolls, a few pieces of fried chicken, some crispy tofu, or a small portion of fries for the little chef in the house who cannot wait for a full wok production — the deep sides contain the splatter, the 9" diameter keeps the oil volume completely manageable, and dinner happens without ceremony. The right amount of oil, for the right amount of food.

Both are nitrided carbon steel — no synthetic coating, no PFOA, pre-seasoned to get you started, and made in Japan. The wok has a beech wood and stainless steel handle and is not oven-safe. The deep frying pan has a stainless steel handle.

Not what you expected? Return it within 60 days of delivery — used or unused. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is deducted from your refund. For damaged or defective items, we cover it entirely. Start a return at hello@juliencookware.com.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original and place a new order for the size or product you'd like instead.

Lifetime Warranty

If your pan fails because of how it was made, we'll replace it. For life. The warranty covers structural and handle failure under normal use, and manufacturing defects in the nitrided surface.

It does not cover rust from improper care, warping from thermal shock, dishwasher use, or damage from dropping.

To make a claim, email hello@juliencookware.com with photos. We'll review within 3–5 business days and ship a replacement at no charge if approved.

The warranty follows the pan, not the receipt — gifts and hand-me-downs included.
